Job Description
Union Developers (Pvt.) Ltd is seeking an HR Coordinator to manage daily wage workers at project sites. The candidate will oversee attendance, ensure compliance with HR policies, and assist site supervisors with workforce planning. Experience in labor handling and documentation coordination is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily attendance and headcount.
- Process daily wages and overtime accurately.
- Coordinate workforce planning with supervisors.
- Verify CNICs and manage worker documentation.
- Share HR reports with the Head Office.
- Address employee grievances and uphold site discipline.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (HR preferred).
- 2–3 years of site HR experience.
- Knowledge of labor laws and record-keeping skills.
