Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Travel Consultant with strong command over Galileo and Amadeus GDS to handle corporate and individual travel clients.
The ideal candidate should be confident in fare construction, itinerary planning, and professional communication with clients via WhatsApp, email, and phone calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling corporate and individual travel inquiries
- Booking and issuing air tickets using Galileo & Amadeus
- Preparing multiple itineraries with best fares for each destination
- Comparing fares across maximum airlines to offer best options
- Managing clients via WhatsApp, email, and calls in a professional manner
- Reissuance, refunds, cancellations, and schedule changes
- Providing prompt and accurate travel solutions to corporate customers
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Travel Consultant
- Strong hands-on experience with Galileo & Amadeus GDS
- Experience dealing with corporate clients
- Good communication skills (English & Urdu preferred)
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Knowledge of airline rules, fare basis, and routings
Preferred Skills (Plus Point):
- Knowledge of visa processes
- Umrah / group travel experience
- Sabre knowledge (optional)
