United IT Solutions seeks a proactive, customer-focused Inbound Calling Executive to handle incoming client calls, assess needs, and recommend software solutions. You will provide product and pricing information, document interactions in the CRM, coordinate with sales and technical teams for lead handovers and follow-ups, and ensure prompt resolution to maintain high customer satisfaction. This full-time, in-person role requires strong English communication, basic IT interest, professionalism, and accurate call management. Compensation starts at Rs40,00 per month.
