We Are Hiring – Customer Support Representative (CSR)

Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Location: Rawalpindi

Experience Required: 6 months – 1 year

Job Overview

Unity Films is a growing YouTube management and content production agency. We are looking for a Customer Support Representative who is professional, communicative, and customer-focused. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client queries, providing timely support, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, or other communication channels

• Provide accurate information about company services and processes

• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner

• Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism

• Follow company policies and customer support procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (any discipline)

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer support or a related role
