Job Description
UNIVERSAL FIRE PROTECTION CO PVT LTD is seeking a dedicated Accounts and Admin Officer to manage all billing and documentation processes. Responsibilities include preparing quotations, invoices, maintaining financial records, and supporting administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage financial documentation.
- Organize transaction records.
- Coordinate payments and updates.
- Assist in filing FBR-related documents.
- Collaborate with the Accounts Department.
- Support office administration tasks.
Requirements:
- Commercial or Accounting certificate.
- Experience with invoicing software.
- Familiarity with FBR tax procedures.
- Proficient in MS Excel and Word.
Location: Mehran Residency Plaza, Rawalpindi.
