Job Description
The Operator will perform duties with transparency and integrity, providing excellent support to callers in Arabic. Candidates should treat all individuals with respect and respond sensitively to cultural differences. A commitment to clear communication and problem-solving is essential.
Education/Experience/Language Requirements: Secondary education is required, while a university degree is preferred. Fluency in Arabic and proficiency in English is required.
Contract Type: ICA Contract, Level L-ICA 4, Local Support; contract details will be discussed upon hiring.
