Job Description
Upwards is a project of Cedrus Group Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and reliable Call Center Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will handle both inbound and outbound calls, communicate with potential customers, and promote our products or services. This position is well suited for individuals with strong communication skills who thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and place outbound sales calls to prospective customers.
- Clearly and accurately explain company products and services.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer information, and sales activity.
- Provide professional, courteous, and consistent customer service.
- Follow company policies, scripts, and established sales procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous call center or sales experience is preferred, but not required.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Basic computer skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Work Schedule

- Day shift from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
