Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and organized Nanny Supervisor to oversee daily schedules, tasks, and communication for our family support staff, including nannies and tutors. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a responsible demeanor in childcare matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate nannies and tutors
- Maintain daily communication with staff
- Gather and report updates from caregivers
- Ensure location sharing during off-site activities
- Monitor daily summary reports and privacy protocols
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, strong English skills, child safety knowledge, and willingness to work across time zones.
Hourly rate: $2.50 – $3.50. Job Type: Full-time, Contract.
