Job Description
Senior Game Producer — lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality games on time and on budget. You will define project roadmaps, manage schedules, resources, and budgets, coordinate design, engineering, art, QA and live-ops, and mitigate risks. Drive production pipelines, ensure milestone delivery, and maintain clear stakeholder communication. Provide mentorship to producers, enforce processes, and improve workflow efficiency. Required: 5+ years production in games, strong knowledge of development lifecycles, excellent communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills. Experience with Agile, project management tools, and live-service operations preferred. Passion for games and proven record of shipping titles.
