Job Description
UTF Labs is hiring a Female Client Service Associate to join our Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi office. Candidates must be female, bachelor’s degree holders, fluent in English, comfortable with computers, and preferably have Call Center/BPO experience. Fresh graduates are welcome. Responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls professionally, maintaining and updating customer records, resolving inquiries, and delivering excellent customer support. This full-time, onsite role offers a monthly salary of Rs30,00–Rs50,00. Preference will be given to candidates living near Gulshan-e-Iqbal.
