Job Description
VapeMall is looking for a results-driven General Manager to lead all branch operations. Your role includes managing sales teams, monitoring sales targets, and ensuring operational efficiency across locations. You will drive performance, manage inventory, and uphold branch standards.
Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations, manage branch teams, set sales targets, ensure service quality, conduct branch evaluations, monitor inventory, analyze sales data, enhance customer experience, coordinate marketing efforts, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with policies.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, 5+ years in retail management, strong leadership and communication skills, analytical mindset, and proficiency in MS Office.
