Job Description
VapeMall is seeking a motivated female Customer Service Representative for churn management on a contract basis. This remote position focuses on customer retention and engaging with clients who have ceased shopping or unsubscribed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact lapsed customers to understand their reasons for disengagement.
- Document feedback and provide insights for improving customer experience.
- Maintain daily reports and track follow-ups efficiently.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in Urdu and English.
- Experience in customer service or retention roles is a plus.
Compensation: PKR 30,00 – 35,00 monthly with commission incentives.
