Job Description
VC Filing seeks an on-site Customer Support Agent in Model Town to assist Pakistan-based clients with U.S. LLC formation. Full-time role; pay from Rs25,00/month. Candidates with 1+ year customer support experience preferred; motivated freshers with strong English and Urdu communication skills are welcome. Responsibilities: handle inbound/outbound calls, explain LLC services and process steps, record client details and follow-ups, meet performance targets, and follow company scripts. Good listening, professional phone presence, and a customer-focused attitude required. Basic understanding of business or LLC filing is a plus; training provided.
