Job Description
We are hiring a Customer Success Executive to build strong client relationships, ensure product adoption, and drive retention. You will onboard new customers, provide proactive support, monitor account health, coordinate with product and sales teams to resolve issues, and identify upsell opportunities. The ideal candidate has 1-3 years in customer success or account management, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, a customer-first mindset, and familiarity with CRM tools and basic data analysis. This role requires proactive follow-up, attention to detail, and a focus on measurable customer outcomes.
