Customer Success Executive

Company: Veclar Technologies (Pvt.) Ltd.

Location: Rawalpindi (On-site)

Shift: U.S. Night Shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM PKT)

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Compensation:

• Hourly Rate: PKR 16,00
• Monthly Salary: PKR 150,00 – 180,00 (depending on experience)
• Additional Benefits: Performance-based commissions in USD

Position Summary

We are looking for a motivated Customer Success Executive to manage client relationships, oversee onboarding, and support sales initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced, global business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with U.S.-based clients
• Communicate with prospective and existing clients via phone, email, and CRM platforms
• Schedule, coordinate, and conduct meetings with key stakeholders and decision-makers
• Manage client onboarding and ensure timely resolution of client concerns
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and communication logs in the CRM
• Work closely with internal teams to enhance client satisfaction and retention

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree (graduates preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Client Relations, or Business Development
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools and B2B communication

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in SaaS or CRM-driven environments
• Prior exposure to U.S. or Canadian clients
• Professional phone and email communication skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to evolving business needs
