Job Description
Customer Success Executive
Company: Veclar Technologies (Pvt.) Ltd.
Location: Rawalpindi (On-site)
Shift: U.S. Night Shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM PKT)
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Compensation:
- Hourly Rate: PKR 16,00
- Monthly Salary: PKR 150,00 – 180,00 (depending on experience)
- Additional Benefits: Performance-based commissions in USD

Position Summary
We are looking for a motivated Customer Success Executive to manage client relationships, oversee onboarding, and support sales initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced, global business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with U.S.-based clients
- Communicate with prospective and existing clients via phone, email, and CRM platforms
- Schedule, coordinate, and conduct meetings with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Manage client onboarding and ensure timely resolution of client concerns
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and communication logs in the CRM
- Work closely with internal teams to enhance client satisfaction and retention
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree (graduates preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Client Relations, or Business Development
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and B2B communication
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SaaS or CRM-driven environments
- Prior exposure to U.S. or Canadian clients
- Professional phone and email communication skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to evolving business needs
