Job Title: Sales Specialist (B2B) – Night Shift

Location: On-Site

Shift Timing: 6:45 PM – 4:00 AM (PKT)

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: PKR 80,00 – 150,00/month + Commission

Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Sales Specialist to join our growing B2B sales team. This role is centered around serving the real estate sector and involves engaging with warm, pre-qualified leads—no cold calling required.

As a Sales Specialist, you’ll play a key role in understanding client challenges and recommending tailored digital solutions that drive business growth. If you thrive in a consultative sales environment and enjoy building long-term client relationships, this role is an excellent fit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with potential clients through calls, emails, and SMS
  • Identify client needs and provide customized digital solution recommendations
  • Build strong, long-lasting client relationships to support retention and upselling
  • Consistently achieve or exceed individual and team-based sales targets
  • Accurately log sales activities, lead details, and client interactions using CRM systems
  • Collaborate with internal departments by sharing relevant client insights and feedback
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market shifts to identify new business opportunities

Required Qualifications

  • 6 months to 2 years of sales experience (BPO/call center “Closer” experience is highly preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and B2B sales practices is a plus
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and a collaborative team player
  • Comfortable working permanent night shifts aligned with North American business hours

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,00.00 – Rs150,00.00 per month
