Job Description
Velocity Pvt. Ltd is seeking an experienced Customer Support Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls and managing client retention efforts. Your primary focus will be to deliver exceptional service, resolve client issues, and ensure overall satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in Customer Support (CSE) is mandatory
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
