Job Description
Ventures, a U.S.-based brokerage, seeks a full-time Customer Service and Booking Specialist. Handle 15–20 inbound/outbound calls daily and contact warm leads provided by the company. Explain services, pricing, and shipments; convert leads into bookings; maintain records and update the system. Requirements: 6–12 months customer support or call-handling experience (US/UK processes preferred), excellent English, professional phone manner, persuasion skills, basic sales/customer-service knowledge, positive attitude. Work hours 7:30 PM–4:30 AM, in person. We offer stable base salary, performance-based commissions, transparent payouts, training, and long-term growth within a supportive team.
