Job Description
Venus Group is seeking a motivated Management Trainee Officer – Finance to join our dynamic Finance Department. This position offers young professionals the chance to gain hands-on experience in financial reporting, taxation, accounting, and compliance under the guidance of experienced mentors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with accounting and finance operations
- Support preparation of financial reports and bank reconciliations
- Help with data entry and record-keeping
- Collaborate on tax filings and compliance tasks
- Learn finance software such as ERP and Excel trackers
- Contribute to internal audits and resolve discrepancies
Requirements: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / ACCA (Part Qualified) with 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience.
