Job Description
Venus Group seeks an energetic, results-oriented Area Sales Manager to lead and expand sales in assigned territories. You will drive sales planning, manage distributors and retail networks, lead and motivate field teams, execute trade promotions with marketing, and monitor competitor activity to grow market share. Requirements: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business or Marketing, 5+ years in FMCG/food sales with 2+ years in management, strong distribution and retail knowledge, excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills, and willingness to travel extensively. Job Type: Full-time. Work Location: In person.
