Job Description
Job Purpose: Venus Group seeks an experienced, results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead FMCG sales and distribution across the assigned territory. You will develop and execute sales and RTM strategies, grow market share, manage and coach regional teams, and build distributor and key account relationships. Responsibilities include sales forecasting, budgeting, route-to-market execution, merchandising visits, collections and credit control, and cross-functional coordination with marketing, supply chain, and finance. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred), 5–8 years in FMCG sales with at least 2 years in regional leadership, strong distribution/channel knowledge, leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Job Type: Full-time. Work Location: In person.
