Job Description
Vibractive is seeking a dynamic and experienced Coffee Shop Manager to oversee the daily operations of our coffee café. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations, provide exceptional customer service, and lead a well-coordinated team.
Key Responsibilities: Manage daily operations, supervise staff, maintain cleanliness and hygiene, handle customer complaints, monitor inventory, and support marketing initiatives.
Requirements: Minimum 2 years in café management, strong leadership skills, hands-on knowledge of POS systems, and flexibility with work timings.
