Job Description
Join Vibractive as a Female Customer Service Representative and be part of our dynamic team! Your role will involve handling inquiries for birthday parties and event bookings, as well as managing communications via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage event inquiries and lead sales.
- Respond to customer questions accurately.
- Follow up with potential clients.
- Coordinate with teams for successful events.
- Maintain records of bookings.
Requirements: Minimum 1 year of CSR experience, strong English communication, confident personality, MS Office proficiency, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Location: 1km Defence Road off Raiwind Road, Lahore.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs35,00.00 – Rs40,00.00 per month.
