We’re HIRING a sales executive.
Job Description
- Make outbound B2B calls to promote and sell the packaging-related products and services
- Handling customers needs and requirements and timely follow-up.
- Maintaining relationships with existing customer base while building new client pipeline.
- Receive and cater to inbound calls and promote client’s products/services.
- Maintain a level of service through dealing with customers in a friendly, efficient, and an attentive manner.
- Being alert to upselling opportunities.
Job Specification
- A person with a decent American or neutral accent who can read, write, and speak English fluently.
- MS Office expertise, especially with MS Excel (Spreadsheet)
- Sales flare
- Excellent communication skills
- CRM knowledge
Experience Required:
- 1 Year or more experience in inbound/outbound sales.
Timings: 7:00 pm – 4:00 am
Location: DHA phase 8, karachi.
