Job Description
Viper Group is seeking motivated Admin & Office Assistant Interns to support internal administrative functions, documentation, and various office tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with hiring tasks (contacting candidates, scheduling interviews).
- Handle phone calls and client communications as needed.
- Manage emails and office correspondence primarily in English.
- Provide general on-site administrative support.
- Report daily activities and progress to management.
- Organize schedules and calendars for CxOs.
