Job Description
Vire HR Solutions is hiring a Customer Support Representative (Chat) in Gajjumatta, Ferozepur Road, Lahore. Full-time, in-person role, Mon–Sat 10:00 AM–6:00 PM. You will manage live chat and messaging, respond promptly, provide product/service information, log interactions, coordinate with teams, and handle multiple chats while ensuring friendly, accurate support. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, strong written communication, fast typing and basic computer skills, customer-focused problem solver, and prior chat or customer support experience is mandatory.
