Job Description
Vire HR Solutions seeks a proactive Customer Support Representative for Last Mile operations in Ferozepur Road, Gajjumata, Lahore. Full-time, in-person, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday). You will coordinate couriers for dispatch and routing, handle shipper and customer queries and complaints, manage Shipper Advice tasks (outbound calling, status updates, shipment tracking), analyze data and prepare performance summaries, track daily courier performance, resolve operational issues, and maintain accurate delivery and interaction records. Qualifications: experience in courier/logistics or customer support is a plus; strong communication, coordination, multitasking, problem-solving, follow-up skills, and proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets are required.
