Job Description
Onsite, Full-Time — Industry: Electric Bikes & Spare Parts. We seek an experienced Senior E-commerce Sales & Operations Executive to grow online channels (Daraz and others) and oversee shop operations. Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, inventory, order processing, packing/dispatch, and walk-in sales coordination. Monitor sales performance, handle customer inquiries and reviews, ensure timely fulfillment, run marketplace campaigns, and prepare basic sales reports. Requirements: 3–5 years in e-commerce sales/operations, hands-on Daraz or similar marketplace experience, strong listing and inventory skills, retail/shop experience a plus, excellent communication, ability to work independently onsite, and familiarity with e-bikes or spare parts preferred.
