Job Title: Branch Manager

Location: Gujranwala
Job Summary:
Hi Street is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to lead our Gujranwala outlet. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overall branch operations, sales performance, team management, and delivering an excellent customer experience in line with the brand’s standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day branch operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Achieve sales targets and improve store profitability
- Lead, train, and supervise branch staff
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer concerns professionally
- Maintain stock levels, inventory control, and visual merchandising standards
- Implement company policies, SOPs, and promotional activities
- Prepare sales reports and share regular performance updates with management
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Branch Manager or Store Manager (retail experience preferred, footwear/apparel is a plus)
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Sales-driven mindset with the ability to meet targets
- Good understanding of retail operations and inventory management
