Job Description

Job Title: Supply Chain & Data Analysis Executive

Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: Gajumatta, Ferozpur Road, Lahore

We are seeking a proactive and data-oriented professional who can independently manage supply chain operations while translating data into meaningful business insights. The ideal candidate should be adaptable, system-agnostic, and capable of working efficiently across different ERP, POS, and internal platforms, with the ability to quickly adjust to new tools and processes.

Key Responsibilities

Supply Chain & Operations:

  • Manage end-to-end supply chain functions, including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and distribution
  • Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure continuous product availability
  • Track inventory levels, demand trends, and replenishment plans to avoid stock shortages or overstocking
  • Enhance logistics performance, reduce turnaround times, and optimize operational expenses
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and operational procedures

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Collect, review, and analyze supply chain and operational data
  • Develop periodic performance reports related to sales, inventory, procurement, and logistics
  • Identify trends, potential risks, and improvement areas through data analysis
  • Provide management with forecasts, insights, and data-supported recommendations
  • Maintain accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data across all systems

Systems & Technology:

  • Operate effectively on ERP, POS, inventory, or custom-built systems with minimal training
  • Ensure accurate data entry and system reconciliation
  • Coordinate with IT teams or system vendors to enhance processes and system efficiency
  • Rapidly adapt to new software, tools, and internal systems

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of practical experience in supply chain, operations, or analytical roles
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in MS Excel (experience with ERP or BI tools is an advantage)
  • Demonstrated ability to work across multiple systems and quickly learn new technologies
  • Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or similar systems
  • Knowledge of KPIs, dashboards, and forecasting methodologies
  • Prior experience in retail, distribution, or manufacturing sectors
