Job Description
About the Role: We seek motivated Outbound Sales Specialists to join our sales team. You will make high-volume international outbound calls, generate and qualify leads, maintain CRM records, schedule meetings, and support the sales pipeline with consistent follow-up. Requirements: 2+ years in outbound sales or lead generation (international campaigns preferred), strong English communication, CRM familiarity, experience selling IT services or digital marketing a plus, independent and target-driven. Benefits: competitive base + commission + bonuses, clear growth path, training and supportive environment. Job Type: Full-time, on-site in Blue Area, Islamabad. Salary: Rs50,00–Rs125,00/month.
