Job Description
VIVE TECH SOLUTIONS T/A VIVE PRINTING LTD is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Assistant HR to support our HR department in managing employee-related processes and ensuring smooth HR operations. You will assist in recruitment, onboarding, employee record maintenance, and benefits administration.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and attendance.
- Support benefits administration.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (preferred).
- 1-2 years of HR experience (preferred).
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs35,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month
