About Us: VoIPMen PVT Ltd is a leading provider of VoIP solutions. We are seeking a dedicated Vicidial Customer Support Representative with a passion for customer service. If you have basic knowledge of ViciDial, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and configure users in ViciDial.
- Upload and manage data in the ViciDial system.
- Set up and maintain campaigns.
- Manage VOIP carriers and DID numbers.
- Analyze campaign reports for efficiency.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of ViciDial.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
