Job Description
Location: Faisalabad (on-site)
Office Time: 5 PM to 1 AM
Voltic Inc is seeking a highly motivated Executive Assistant to the CEO to provide comprehensive support in daily operations and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO.
- Manage daily schedules and coordinate communications.
- Prepare reports and assist in project tracking.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
