Job Description
Position: Customer Sales Officer
Campaign: USA Based
Your Role: As a Customer Sales Officer, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and expanding our market presence. Your responsibilities will include:
- Keeping abreast of industry trends, competition, and market developments to maintain a competitive edge.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Manage and update customer accounts in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall sales strategies and performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chat Support Agent or similar role in the packaging industry.
- In-depth knowledge of packaging campaigns in the US, CA, or UK markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
