Job Description

VERY URGENT HIRING – ONSITE (LAHORE)

Job Title: Team Director

Location: DHA Phase 8, Broadway Commercial, Lahore

Timings: US Business Hours

Work Type: On-site

We are looking for an experienced Team Director to oversee routine-based operations, manage team performance, and ensure effective coordination with US-based clients. This role is responsible for following up with customers, scheduling and attending inspections, and ensuring that all operational tasks are completed accurately and on time.

The ideal candidate will ensure that communication is clear, execution is smooth, and outcomes are delivered, while maintaining high standards across daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage routine operational work and team performance
• Follow up with customers regarding performance, inspections, and deliverables
• Schedule and attend medical equipment inspections
• Ensure all tasks are executed properly and within timelines
• Coordinate between internal teams and US-based clients
• Maintain clear communication to ensure work completion and accountability

Requirements

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in a leadership or supervisory role
• At least 2 to 3 years of experience working with a US-based company
• Strong experience in team oversight, routine operations, and customer follow-ups
• Excellent American English communication skills
• Experience coordinating and attending inspections
• Preference will be given to candidates who have lived in the US or worked in the US
