Job Description
Walee Technologies seeks a full-time, on-site Business Development Officer (Telesales Agent) for Hakeem Tahafuz Takaful in Islamabad I-9/2. You will make outbound calls to promote the Takaful plan, meet daily/monthly sales targets, log accurate CRM records, handle customer queries professionally, and support team performance and process improvements. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (preferably Business/Marketing), proven telesales or call center experience—insurance or financial products preferred—strong communication and persuasion skills, ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, and familiarity with Islamic finance is an advantage. Schedule: 9 AM–6 PM. Compensation: Rs40,00/month. Work location: In person.
