Job Description
Location: Islamabad (On-site). Walee Technologies seeks a Jr. Customer Support Associate to handle WhatsApp, email, and social media inquiries. You will assist customers with loan eligibility, application status, documentation, and service issues; escalate complex cases; log interactions in the CRM; monitor brand feedback online; and share customer insights with operations and tech teams while following SOPs. Ideal candidates are fresh graduates or have up to 1 year of customer service/call center experience, strong written and verbal English and/or Urdu skills, CRM familiarity, multitasking ability, and a positive, eager-to-learn attitude. Salary: PKR 40,00/month + company benefits. Job Type: Full-time, in person.
