Job Responsibilities:

• Shortlist resumes in the Applicant Tracking System with daily updates.
• Assist in the recruitment process; manage a high volume of resumes.
• Coordinate with candidates to schedule interviews promptly.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation accurately.

Job Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in retail recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and recruitment practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
