Job Description
Walkeaze Pakistan seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, implement customer attraction strategies, coordinate sales processes, orders, and payments, supervise and motivate staff, monitor budgets and inventory, track business objectives, evaluate performance, and coach sales staff. The role prepares reports on revenues and expenses and assists with store closing. Minimum: age 25–35, secondary diploma to bachelor’s degree preferred, at least 1 year retail experience preferred. Full-time in-person position. Salary from Rs45,00/month. Candidates must be reliable and customer-focused.
