Job Description
We are hiring a Shift Engineer to oversee plant operations, monitor equipment health, and maintain safety and production standards during assigned shifts.
Responsibilities include operating and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems, performing routine inspections, logging shift reports, coordinating with maintenance and control room teams, and enforcing safety protocols.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in engineering, 2+ years of industrial experience, strong problem-solving skills, ability to work rotating shifts, and relevant certifications preferred.
