Job Description
Waseela Networks (Pvt) Limited is seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Officer for our Islamabad branch. You will serve as the first point of contact for patients, facilitating a welcoming environment and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and manage check-in.
- Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Handle inquiries via phone and email.
- Maintain patient records confidentially.
- Assist with billing and insurance verification.
