Job Description
WAVE, a leading U.S.-based call center, is seeking an experienced and energetic Team Lead for our Islamabad office. If you are a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves motivating people, and knows how to deliver results, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of agents to meet sales/verification targets.
- Conduct coaching sessions to enhance team performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.
- Handle escalations and maintain a positive floor environment.
- Track KPIs and generate performance reports.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 1-2 years of Team Lead experience in a call center/BPO.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work night shifts (U.S. timings).
Pay: PKR 70,00–100,00 per month
Location: 3rd Floor, Time Square Plaza, I-10 Markaz, Islamabad
