Job Description
WAVE is hiring energetic, customer-focused Customer Support Executives for US-based ACA, Medicare, and MVA campaigns. This night-shift role (7:00 PM–5:00 AM) is onsite at Time Square Plaza, I-10 Markaz, Islamabad. You will handle inbound calls, provide positive customer experiences, document interactions accurately, and work with the team to improve service. Strong English, confidence, a solution-oriented mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced night environment are required. Call center experience is a plus; fresh candidates with good communication are encouraged. Competitive salary Rs.50,00–100,00 plus daily, weekly, and monthly bonuses, performance-based growth, and a supportive management culture.
