Job Description
WBM PVT LTD is hiring Call Center Agents for the night shift (8:00 PM–5:00 AM) in Lahore. Full-time, Monday–Saturday. Pay: Rs35,00–Rs50,00/month. Responsibilities include handling inbound/outbound calls, providing accurate information on services and policies, resolving customer issues, maintaining call logs, following scripts, and meeting quality and productivity targets. Excellent spoken and written English, strong communication and multitasking skills, punctuality, and the ability to work under pressure are required. Bachelor’s degree or freshers/last semester candidates welcome; prior call center experience is a plus. This is an in-person, customer-focused role.
