WBM is looking for a Customer Support Representative / Media Presenter for the night shift. This dual-role position requires strong communication skills, customer handling experience, and confidence in media presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support Representative (CSR):

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
• Respond to customer queries via email and chat
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues
• Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups

Media Presenter:

• Host Amazon Live sessions to present company products
• Present products on different social media platforms
• Engage with the audience, answer live questions, and promote products clearly
• Coordinate with the marketing team for live session planning

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
• Prior experience in customer support or call center is a plus
• Confident on camera with good presentation skills
• Basic knowledge of Amazon Live and social media platforms is an advantage
• Willingness to work night shift
