Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Salesman – Retail Solutions to promote and sell retail technology solutions, products, and services to clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential retail clients to promote company products and solutions
• Present, demonstrate, and explain retail solutions (POS systems, software, hardware, or services)
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and follow-ups
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
• Coordinate with technical and support teams for smooth solution deployment
• Handle customer inquiries, objections, and after-sales support
• Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular reports
• Represent the company professionally in the market

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or intermediate (business, marketing, or related field preferred)
• 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in retail solutions, IT products, or software sales
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Basic understanding of retail operations and technology solutions
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus
• Valid driving license (if field sales is required)
