Job Description
WBM PVT LTD, a leading manufacturer and retailer, is seeking a Customer Support Chat Executive to join our team. Our vision focuses on sustainability and customer satisfaction by providing innovative and organic products across our 16+ brands.
This role involves addressing daily queries from staff and customers, requiring strong communication skills, MS Word and Excel proficiency, and prior customer service experience.
This is a night shift position: 7:00 PM to 5:30 AM. We offer a full-time, 24-month contract with a salary of Rs40,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month.
