Job Description
WbSoftTech is hiring a Chat-Based Sales Agent. This entry-level, in-person role is ideal for fresh graduates. You will handle customer chats, identify needs, recommend design services, share pricing and process details, follow up leads, keep chat records, and coordinate with the design team. Training provided. Required: strong written English, interest in design services, willingness to learn sales techniques, and ability to manage multiple chats simultaneously. Shifts: females 4 PM–12 AM; males 5 PM–2 AM. Schedule: Monday–Friday. Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal Block 10-A, Karachi. Compensation: fixed salary plus performance-based incentives.
