Job Description

As an Online Reputation Specialist for gaming, you will monitor community conversations, manage reviews and social feedback, and quickly respond to player concerns across forums, streams, and social channels. You’ll track sentiment and brand mentions, coordinate with PR and dev teams on crisis response, optimize review visibility using SEO best practices, and produce reports with actionable insights. Ideal candidates have experience in gaming communities, strong written communication, analytics skills, and the ability to manage reputation strategy in a fast-paced environment.
